Banbury Gardeners revisit this garden on a weekly basis to carryout garden maintenance following the design and build of it.  This garden now receives our Lawn treatment service carried out by www.banburylawncare.co.uk. The garden is showing a great deal of colour now and the Lavenders are in full flower and covered with many bees. This garden has seen a number of major changes since we first published it on the website. September is the month where the summer border plantings start to draw to an end, The herbaceous border is starting to look untidy and plants have lost their edge. Roses are coming to the end of their flowering and the light is beginning to diffuse in quality. Keep dead heading daily and taking off fading flowers before they begin to set seed, Don`t just pull off the head but cut back to an outward facing leaf bud with sharp knife or secateurs. Here we present the the two areas of this garden that we worked on this year.. The runner beans and sweet peas took a while to get themselves established but now they are producing pods and lots of fragrant flowers.
